Fernleigh is a charming period property in the heart of Georgeham, the circa 18th Century cottage is a calm and tranquil home with plenty of outdoor space for enjoying sunny days and evenings. An ideal property for older family groups or couples. The village of Georgeham has 2 great award winning pubs and a well stocked village store/post office, all within five minutes walk of the house. The beautiful Croyde Bay, Woolacombe Bay and Saunton Sands are all within a ten minute drive and the stunning Putsborough Beach is a pleasant twenty minute walk or few minutes drive.
Fernleigh offers self catering accommodation for six people in three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located within the main property and share a family bathroom; a double and a superking/twin. The third room is in a separate annexe "the donkey shed" to the rear of the house and has an en-suite wc/shower room.
