Fernleigh offers accommodation for six people two double bedrooms and a superking/twin.  A double and the superking/twin are located within the main property and access a family bathroom.  The third room is in a separate annexe "the donkey shed" to the rear of the house and has an en-suite wc/shower room.

Fernleigh is a cob and stone cottage with exposed stone work and wood beamed ceilings, the property is full of period character and charm but has modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom.  The Annexe is a recently converted donkey shed, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with flat screen TVs and have free sat tv.  The lounge has a flat screen TV, free sat tv with recordable hard drive, DVD player and a MP3 dock station.

There is a small garden to the front of the property with a pond and resident gold fish, and bench seat.  There is a large private garden to the rear of the property, laid largely to grass and vege beds there is a picnic area with picnic bench and BBQ.  To the front of the Annexe there is a small outside terrace with a small table and chairs.  There is room for storage of out door kit in the garden shed.

The property has access to one off road parking space and there is free parking on road in front of the property, the village also has 2 free car parks both within 5 minutes walk.  The cottage comes with a car pass offering free parking at Putsborough Beach.
